Returns & Exchange Policy
At Apex Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you’re hitting the mat or training hard, you need the perfect fit. If for any reason you are not 100% happy, our easy returns policy ensures a hassle-free process to exchange or return your cheerleading shoes.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging (including the shoe box).

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation number or receipt) is required.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, socks or accessories that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
2. How to Initiate a Return
We make it simple to sort out your gear.

Contact Us: Email our team at apexapparel.nz@gmail.com or use our Contact Page to let us know you’d like to return or exchange an item. Please include your Order #.

Pack it up: Place the shoes (in their original box) inside a shipping bag or box to protect them during transit. Do not tape directly onto the shoe box.

Ship it back: We will provide you with the return address.
3. Refunds & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility:

We will notify you via email that we have received your item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
4. Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us to arrange a direct swap if stock permits.
5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind / Wrong Size: The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, Apex Performance will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Faulty Items (Consumer Guarantees Act)
We stand by the quality of our gear. If your shoes are faulty or do not match the description, you are protected under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us immediately so we can repair, replace, or refund the item.
